Marja Van Kampen was born in Holland, qualifying as a printmaker and painter in Arnhem in 1972, before moving to Ireland in 1982. Co-founder of Galway Artspace Studios. She has exhibited as far away as China, including a solo show at the Royal Hospital, Kilmainham. Her work is in many public collections, including the Arts Council of Ireland, the Department of the Taoiseach and the Collection of UCHG.
