William Crozier was born in Glasgow in 1930 and very early on in his career established his reputation at the forefront of his contemporaries. Since 1983, working from his studio in West Cork, the Irish landscape has been of central importance and a recurring theme in his work. An honorary member of the RHA, he has won numerous awards, and his work can be seen in major public and private collections across Ireland, as well as in the national galleries of Canada, Poland and Australia and major corporate collections including AIB.
