Wendy Plunkett is a self taught artist whose family came from Achill Island, and from Clones, Co. Monaghan.? Her husband is the artist Ian Cryer ROI. Wendy first exhibited in the Westminster Gallery, London in 1988 and two years later had her first one woman show. She has exhibited widely including the Royal Institute of Oil Painters, at the Mall Galleries, London.
