Born in 1968 Paul Bell graduated from the University of Wales, where he studied Art and Design. He is a regular contributor to the Royal Ulster Academy and the RHA and has exhibited in solo and group shows all over Ireland. Paul's work is in collections throughout the U.S.A., U.K., Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
